I'm pretty sure there's a CD-key management application that comes with the GoG release of NWN, but if you can't find it then manually changing the CD-keys isn't hard. If there are no keys written, get your keys from your Steam Library by right-clicking Neverwinter Nights 2, and selecting View Game CD. I don't have the game installed currently, but I believe there is a "CD Key Changer" tool (or something like that) on your start menu that helps edit the cd key file.
