Im a duke now and to make a merchant republic I have heard I need to be a king, im assuming the negative opinion modifier for wrong holding type will disappear then so putting that aside Id like to know how to make a bishop the head of a province. Now, im not a CK2 novice, I know im not allowed cities or bishoprics but these are castles. Some county's capitals are city or bishop, so i get penalty for that.
