Add the chilies and szechuan peppercorns and stir-fry for 30 seconds until the chilies begin to darken in color. Add the remaining vegetables like zucchini, red capsicum (red bell pepper), and continue to stir-fry. 3-4 minutes. Take pork chops and pound to a half inch thick.
